Connect and collaborate at SNA’s School Nutrition Industry Conference (SNIC), the most innovative conference in school nutrition!This year’s fresh focus includes:Fresh ideas and innovation: At SNIC, I'll network with colleagues and vendors to stay updated on the latest trends in school nutrition and learn about new ways to help our program thrive.New perspectives on supply chain management: As we’re still struggling with supply chain challenges, SNIC will help me discover clever strategies to stay ahead with these issues.Recruitment and retention strategies: I will be able to explore effective techniques for both attracting and retaining talent in our program.Leveraging social media and marketing: It’s key to reach parents and the community via social media, and I’ll learn more about how to leverage these channels for the benefit of our operation.Cutting-edge culinary trends: I will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with pioneering school nutrition chefs about menu ideas for supply chain constraints and culinary trends.Sustainability solutions: I will participate in conversations about minimizing food waste through innovative "upcycling" initiatives and bring it back to our cafeteria.Boost participation in school meals: The SNIC sessions will help me explore creative approaches!
